The function of the Milton W. Heath, Sr. Memorial Award, sponsored by Heath Consultants Incorporated, is to recognize the outstanding cause of leak detection, prevention, or repair in the current year beginning and ending November 1, or for an exceptional contribution which has gained acceptance in the 5yrs preceding November 1 of the year where the Award is created.
